対象となるサービス

本基準は、ゆめさく運営が提供するアプリ「ゆめさく」（iOS・Android）と、ウェブサイト yumesaku.tech に適用されます。

禁止事項

「ゆめさく」では、児童の性的虐待と搾取（CSAE）を明示的に禁止します。以下の行為も禁止します。

• 児童性的虐待コンテンツ（CSAM）の投稿、共有、要求
• 子どもへの性的な接触や誘い込み（グルーミング）

違反への対応

ゆめさく運営は、違反を見つけ次第、該当するコンテンツを削除し、アカウントを停止します。法令に従い、警察などの関係機関と、必要に応じて国際的な通報窓口（NCMECなど）に報告します。

通報方法と連絡先

アプリの各投稿とコメントの「…」メニューから「通報」を選択してください。チャットでは、メッセージを長押しして「通報」を選択できます。メールでも通報を受け付けます。通報は運営が確認します。

These standards apply to the Yumesaku app (ゆめさく) for iOS and Android and the website yumesaku.tech, operated by the Yumesaku team.

Prohibited conduct

Yumesaku explicitly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following conduct is also prohibited.

• Posting, sharing, or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual contact with children or grooming children for sexual purposes

Response to violations

The Yumesaku team removes the content and suspends the account as soon as we discover a violation. In accordance with applicable laws, we report violations to the police and other relevant authorities and, when necessary, international reporting organizations such as NCMEC.

Select the report option (通報) from the "…" menu on any post or comment in the app. In chat, press and hold a message and select the report option (通報). You can also report by email. Our team reviews reports.
